Returns & Refund Policy
At ONEROOF Collections, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item, kindly contact us via WhatsApp at (+92 370-860 4136).
- Our return and exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange, products must be mostly unused (at least 90% of the product intact) and in their original packaging.
- We process return and exchange requests within 3–5 working days.
- Please note: delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for delivery costs on exchanges (except in case of damage/defect).
- If a product arrives damaged or leaked, we will cover all return/exchange delivery charges.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on Sale or Deal items.

This policy applies only to online purchases.
If any item, packaging material, or accessories are missing, or if the box is returned in worse condition than delivered, a deduction may be applied to your refund amount.
