2. Our return and exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. To be eligible for an exchange, products must be mostly unused (at least 90% of the product intact) and in their original packaging.
4. We process return and exchange requests within 3–5 working days.
5. Please note: delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
6. Customers are responsible for delivery costs on exchanges (except in case of damage/defect).
7. If a product arrives damaged or leaked, we will cover all return/exchange delivery charges.
8. No returns or exchanges are accepted on Sale or Deal items.
